My daughter and I recently took up Pilates together. It’s something she was interested in, and it’s great to do this alongside her to take up healthy, lifelong habits, among many reasons. So what do you do when you find the perfect top for said activity? You buy lots of them, in different colors, and share them all because girl math. {You can see our silly video here.} Which really got me on the topic of all things fitness for spring. So today I’m sharing Spring Training: Our Favorite Finds for Fitness!
{Some of these are affiliate links so that I can continue to share these fun finds, besties. Thank you for understanding.}
First up: these shirts. They’re the softest thing we’ve put on, and they’re definitely a Free People dupe, for a fraction of the cost. I didn’t even know they were a dupe, I just liked the design and price. Speaking of dupes while we’re at it, I’m kind of obsessed with the long-sleeve version, too. Gimme all those colors.
So without further ado, here are a few. Spring Training: Our Favorite Finds for Fitness.

The older I get, the more I’ve learned that self-care, including fitness, is up to me. It’s also good to have diverse options.
